Private classes

Do you want to know about the design process? From the initial inspiration, to the sketch, to the finished project. Bring your picture or prototype and work side by side with the designer on your own Project Runway!
Start with the sketch; find the right stitch and the yarn. To make the pattern —we will take the measurements and do the fitting. Finally—create your unique garment. At the end you will have your original pattern & know how to adjust and use it for other projects in the future.

Knitting classes

You can sign-up for classes by email. All payments reserve your space in the class. If you cannot attend the class, a full refund will be given if you notify the designer one week before the start date of the class. No refund or rain checks will be given after the one week cutoff date. You can pay by PayPal or by mail.

Knitting Survival Kit - In addition to the specific materials required for class, it is helpful to bring a basic knitting kit with you to most classes. The kit includes: a small pair of scissors, stitch markers, stitch holders, a crochet hook, a darning needle, pencil and tape measure. Having these supplies on hand helps you have more time to learn during the class.

This class is a perfect way for friends to learn together how to do the sketches for your project ( colors, proportions,all details).

In this class you will learn the highlights of the design process from start to finish. We will start with the colors, proportions, sketches, swatches and all the necessary details. Then we will learn how to make the best swatch for the right yarn and learn to do measurements, patterns, fittings, etc. At the end of a class everybody will have his/her own pattern for the sweater and have the knowledge of how to make a pattern for you or for your love one.
